On 25 November 2025, members of the EECT Steering Committee (along with those of the Group Committee) were received by Senior Management, including Mr Olivier Gavalda, for a presentation of Crédit Agricole group's medium-term plan, ACT 2028.
This period of discussion allowed us to discover the Group's main strategic directions for the coming years: business development, transformation of trades, innovation and support for economic and environmental transitions.
Beyond presenting the plan, this meeting was primarily an opportunity for direct dialogue with management. CEE members were able to ask their questions, share their concerns, and discuss the challenges that these directions could represent for employees in the different countries where the Group operates.
These exchanges are essential in enabling us to better understand the Group's strategy and to anticipate its potential impacts on work organisation, professions and employment.
The EEA will continue to closely monitor the implementation of ACT 2028 and its implications for employees across Europe..
