My commitment finds its meaning in the ECE's ability to make social dialogue an essential lever. It is thanks to the coordination and solidarity of our great team, rich in its diversity beyond nationalities, professions and entities, that we keep people at the heart of the Group's decisions. This collective dynamic is more than a real driving force... it is invaluable to me.

A trade union leader at CACIB, I believe in constructive social dialogue. I had the opportunity to join the restricted European Committee where I found a competent team dedicated to serving the interests of Group colleagues.

Having a nuanced European perspective on the Group's different entities is a major asset for a good understanding of events, especially when working at CACIB, which is already heavily geared towards international business.

I have been a trade unionist since 1998, and I also held the position of chairwoman of the pension fund for the former Credito Valtellinese bank, and I am an expert in social protection matters. I have been a member of the board of directors of the health fund for the former Creval bank for about thirty years. I love travelling, reading, and am very passionate about my work.

As a member of the European Economic Community (EEC), I wish to contribute within the CA group to shaping the future of workers' rights on a European scale. It is an honour for me to represent the businesses of my country on this subject and to bring my more than thirty years of experience to the EEC's restricted committee. It is essential to negotiate on an equal footing and always to prioritise mutual respect.

Professionally and union-wise involved within the Caisse régionale Alpes Provence, I am very sensitive to the place of people in service of the collective within a powerful group in Europe and globally. In a rapidly changing banking landscape, our duty is to support our company in its major transformation projects, while ensuring respect for individuals. I am convinced that our body is essential for our company, as it is made up of different nationalities and different professions that make up the richness and strength of our group.

I have been involved with the CEE since its inception in 2008, first as a member, then as Deputy Secretary, and now as a UNI Expert.

My commitment to this Committee is based on the very ambitions of the organisation: to act as a communication channel between employee representatives and local management or Group management, to be a driving force/player in the signing of transnational agreements, to work towards harmonising social and employment standards across the Group based on best practices, and so on.
